Here’s what I eat on a typical Pilates day💗

I keep carbs low and live on salads. My go-to protein is either a seared steak or grilled shrimp. Right before class, I will have half of a banana or half a small sandwich, leaving the rest for after. It keeps me powered up and makes every session count💗 #Pilates #EatClean #EasyDIY #Diet
