Struggling to Break $200k Without Tech or Law—Is It Hopeless? 😩

I've been working in finance for over a decade, and lately, I feel completely stuck. The cost of living keeps climbing, and my $100k salary just doesn't stretch like it used to. I keep hearing that unless you own a business, work in tech, or are a doctor or lawyer, making over $200k a year is almost impossible. I've tried moving up the ladder, but the raises are minimal, and promotions are rare. I feel like I'm hitting a ceiling, and it's starting to really stress me out. Is there something I'm missing, or is this just the reality now? Has anyone else managed to break through this income barrier in a "regular" job?
