Hey friends, I just turned 25 and I’m honestly freaking out about my career. I work as a marketing coordinator in Dallas, making $38,000 a year. Lately, I’ve been seeing people my age talking about making double or even triple what I do, and it’s making me question everything. I work hard, but promotions seem impossible and my boss barely notices my efforts. I feel stuck and worried that I’m falling behind my peers. Is this normal, or am I doing something wrong?
