Stairclimber Changed My Glutes—Fast!

Never thought I’d say this, but adding just 10 minutes on the stairclimber to my weekly workout totally leveled up my glutes. It’s wild how a quick routine (think: walking, lunges, side-steps, and hip extensions) can make you feel stronger, improve your balance, and leave you way less out of breath after just a month.
