So here’s the deal: I’ve been working in food service for years, and I just watched my cousin launch a Mediterranean spot that’s now packed every night. Now there’s this vacant restaurant space up for grabs in my city—already set up, kitchen gear included, and the neighborhood is buzzing. It’s basically a turnkey operation, which is rare.
