Creamy Lemon Garlic Salmon Pasta

A perfect mix of comfort and freshness, and the lemon makes it look bright and “healthy” — ideal for engagement. Ingredients: 8 oz pasta 2 salmon fillets 2 tbsp butter 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup heavy cream 1 lemon (zest + juice) ½ cup grated parmesan Salt, pepper Fresh parsley Instructions: Cook pasta according to package instructions. Season salmon with salt and pepper, and sear in a pan with butter for 3–4 minutes per side until flaky. Remove and set aside. In the same pan, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in the cream, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Stir and let it thicken slightly. Add parmesan and whisk until smooth. Season again if needed. Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Ingredients: Pasta shells (2 cups) Bacon (6–8 strips) Cherry tomatoes (1 cup, halved) Romaine lettuce (2 cups, chopped) Red onion (¼ cup, diced) Mayonnaise (½ cup) Sour cream (¼ cup) Lemon juice (1 tbsp) Salt & pepper Steps: Cook pasta until al dente, rinse under cold water, and drain well. Cook bacon until crisp; crumble it into pieces. In a large bowl, mix mayo, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add pasta, tomatoes, lettuce, and onion. Toss gently.
