Which Soy Sauce Actually Wins? My Test 🍜!

Trying to find the right soy sauce is way harder than I thought. I’ve tried Kikkoman, Lee Kum Kee, and even some fancy small-batch ones from a local Asian market. Each one totally changes the flavor of my stir-fry—some are super salty, others have this deep, almost smoky thing going on.
