Rebecca Theresa Ann Besser has been hit with 39 felony charges after a shoot-out with police during an eviction attempt. It all started March 25โ ๐ Officers arrived to serve an eviction notice ๐ Besser told them she had a gun Thatโs when things escalated fast. ๐ SWAT was called in ๐ Tear gas was deployed ๐ Multiple rounds of gunfire were exchanged ๐ A police drone was shot down Despite all of thatโ ๐ No one was injured Besser eventually surrendered. Grindley, who was last seen around 4:40 a.m. Monday leaving his apartment at 1175 Newark Road. He hasnโt been heard from since.
