Jasmine Tea at Home: Fragrant & Fresh!

Pour half your loose leaf green or black tea into a big glass jar. I like using green tea for a lighter flavor, but black tea works too. Cover the tea with a layer of fresh jasmine flowers. You can find these at nurseries or even grow your own for the freshest scent. Add the rest of your tea leaves on top, then gently tap the jar to even it out. Place a small weight (like a can) on top, seal the jar, and let it sit for at least 24 hours. The longer you wait, the stronger the jasmine aroma gets—up to three weeks if you want it super fragrant. When you’re ready, remove the weight and flowers, then store your tea in a cool, dark spot. To brew, boil filtered water, add a heaping teaspoon of your jasmine tea, and steep for 5-7 minutes. Strain and enjoy while it’s hot! #JasmineTea #TeaLovers #DIYTea #Food #Cooking

Strawberry Iced Tea for Sweet Summer Sips

Brew your favorite black tea and pour it into a ceramic or glass mixing bowl. Add 1/3 cup of sugar (or more if you like it sweeter) and a splash of lemon juice. Stir until the sugar is totally dissolved. Taste and tweak the sweetness or tartness if you want. Let the tea cool down to room temp. Set aside a few strawberries for garnish, then puree the rest. Push the puree through a fine sieve to get rid of seeds and pulp—this step makes the tea super smooth. Once the tea is cool, mix in the strawberry puree. Pop it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to chill. When you’re ready to serve, fill a glass with crushed ice, pour in the tea, and add those whole or sliced strawberries for a fresh look. Straw in, and you’re good to go! This is honestly my favorite way to enjoy strawberries and cool off at the same time. #StrawberryIcedTea #SummerDrinks #TeaLovers #Food #Cooking

From Stress to Sips: My Iced Tea Ritual

Ever have one of those days where everything feels overwhelming? That was me last week, until I stumbled upon my new favorite ritual: making a glass of iced tea. Inspired by the Long Island Iced Tea Corporation, I decided to experiment with flavors from around the world—jasmine from China, mint from Morocco, and even a dash of lemon from Sicily. Each sip felt like a mini-vacation, melting away my stress and connecting me to distant places. What surprised me most was how this simple drink became a bridge between cultures and memories. My grandma used to brew sweet tea in the summer, and now, with every glass, I feel a little closer to her and to people everywhere who cherish this timeless beverage. So next time life gets heavy, grab some ice, your favorite tea, and let yourself travel—one refreshing sip at a time. #IcedTea #GlobalFlavors #TeaLovers #Foodie #ChillVibes #Food #Cooking
