Brew your favorite black tea and pour it into a ceramic or glass mixing bowl. Add 1/3 cup of sugar (or more if you like it sweeter) and a splash of lemon juice. Stir until the sugar is totally dissolved. Taste and tweak the sweetness or tartness if you want. Let the tea cool down to room temp. Set aside a few strawberries for garnish, then puree the rest. Push the puree through a fine sieve to get rid of seeds and pulp—this step makes the tea super smooth. Once the tea is cool, mix in the strawberry puree. Pop it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to chill. When you’re ready to serve, fill a glass with crushed ice, pour in the tea, and add those whole or sliced strawberries for a fresh look.
