Celebrating 1,500 Days of Meditation: My Journey and Lessons Learned
Today marks 1,500 days in a row of meditation for me. I was always curious about meditation, but it wasn’t until a yoga retreat in Hawaii that I truly committed. At first, finding time was tough, and I’d lose my streak after a few days. Eventually, I made it a priority, waking up early just to meditate.
Reaching milestones like 100, 500, and now 1,500 days has been life-changing, especially with all the chaos in the world. My fiancé’s support made it easier to stick with it, and I’m grateful for that.
