Found this flashing in my car after getting it serviced. what is it?

I just noticed this thing in my car this morning and it’s freaking me out a bit. It’s flashing red and green, and I’m 99% sure it wasn't there before I took my car in for service a few days ago. I have no idea if it just fell out from under the dash or if the mechanics left it there on purpose. Should I unplug it or just leave it alone? I’m worried it’s some kind of diagnostic tool they forgot, or worse, something that’s going to mess with my battery. It is a GPS tracker. Hook a 9 volt battery to it, put it in a zip lock bag then put it on a railroad car. Let the fun begin.

its a GPS tracker that shady car dealers or buy here/pay here dealers put in,if you don't make your payment they can disable your car no matter where you are.

Call the repair shop or stop in. If it’s not theirs hopefully they’ll know what it is. If it’s a GPS take it to the police and let them unhook and trace it.

Don't play dumb we all know what that is, for those of you that are not mechanically inclined it's a prostate vibrator it doesn't go under the dash it goes in your seat, it just takes a little adjustment before you sit and it shrinks swollen prostates. The more ya know👍

Go buy a 9 volt battery and the part that snaps to it. Then wire it to the tracker. put the tracker and battery in a plastic grocery shopping bag. Then drive to the dealership where you purchased it and toss it on the roof. The bag keeps it dry if it rains and it'll drive them nuts trying to find it.😆😆😆😆
