let me get this straight... a planet found or discovered, what if its occupied by someone or something else, do we have their permission to occupy. sorry I forgot we discovered the new world and we got rid of the Indian or natives that were here we re first .

I wanna hear more about this planet can you confirm to us that is a type of life that you found, so that were on que with you and not fearful when we finally do get to meet another planet one day.

Sounds great...But, 120 light years = sending radio signals to see if in fact there is intelligence would take 120 years to get there and if there was a response it would take 120 years to return. So, where will Earth's technology & astrophysics be in 240 years..? Maybe focus all efforts on Proxima Centauri because that is only 4.5 light years away. Also, it's other star in the system called Alpha Centauri. Let's bombard those star systems with every frequency we can muster because a possible response will only take 9 years.

I bet life on that planet is very grateful to be as far away from us as possible. It must be so peaceful living there. No wars, no mugging, no drive by, no school shootings,etc., why spoil their paradise.
