Lost My Promotion Due to Hearing Issues at Work! 😢

I recently missed out on a big promotion at my company, and honestly, I can't stop thinking about it. The main reason? My hearing loss. During important meetings, I often struggle to catch everything, and I guess my boss noticed. It's so frustrating because I work hard and know my stuff, but my hearing challenges seem to overshadow my abilities. I feel left out of conversations and worry my team sees me as less capable.
