I just started my first job out of college, and honestly, the salary is way lower than I expected. I knew entry-level pay wouldn’t be great, but seeing my paycheck has really hit me hard. I’m struggling to cover rent and bills, and it feels like all my hard work in school isn’t paying off yet. On top of that, my coworkers seem to be in the same boat, but no one really talks about it openly. I’m worried about whether I should stick it out for the experience or start looking for something better right away. Has anyone else been through this?
