Hey everyone, I'm really struggling with a tough decision and could use some advice! 😔 I'm 23 and just started my career at a major retail corporation in their logistics department. When I was hired, my manager allowed me to work mostly remote from my hometown in Texas, only flying to their Arkansas headquarters once a month. It was perfect - good pay, great experience, and I got to stay close to my family and friends. 💕 But here's the problem: my manager just left, and the new leadership is demanding I relocate to Arkansas permanently or resign. I have 75 days to decide! 😠I absolutely loved those 8 months I lived there initially, but being so far from my support system was really hard. My parents, my dog, my entire life is here in Texas. The thought of leaving again makes me anxious, especially when the job market is so uncertain right now. Am I crazy for potentially walking away from a stable corporate job just because I don't want to relocate? What would you do? 🤔 #JobCareer #Career #CareerAdvice
