The Jet Lag Math Nobody Tells You

USA to Seoul: 14 hours, 14-hour time difference. The math is brutal. First flight at 6 AM means I'm already running on fumes before the long haul even starts. Logic says sleep the first half to sync with Seoul time. Reality says I'll be starving by hour 3. Airlines don't care about your circadian rhythm. They serve meals on departure time, not your destination's schedule. Miss lunch, miss dinner—but maybe gain a fighting chance against jet lag. I'm packing melatonin and low expectations.
