Turning 40, Bored at Work, and Craving a Major Career Change!

I'm about to hit 40 and honestly, I'm feeling stuck. My job pays well, offers great benefits, and lets me work from home, but the loneliness and boredom are really getting to me. I provide health insurance for my self-employed husband and our toddler, and we're hoping to grow our family soon. I already have a master's degree, but none of the jobs in my field excite me or pay as much as my current role. The idea of going back to school for a whole new career sounds both thrilling and terrifying. It would mean years without income, and by the time I could start, I'd be 45. What if I don't even like the new path? Part of me just wants to retire early, travel, and spend more time with my family, but that doesn't seem realistic.
