First of all, Pilates is really hard work. You sweat a lot. The next day after each practice, your muscles are sore and aching, as if you've been beaten all over. If you are sensitive to pain, be cautious about trying pilates classes 😂 Second, practicing Pilates helps me lose weight. It's not because Pilates really burns calories, but because those who do Pilates are all skinny beauties! There are a lot of slim Asian girls and many of the teachers are Asian.
