I work in finance, and lately, my boss has been freaking out about the stock market downturn. Every meeting feels tense, and she keeps asking for updates on our retirement accounts, making everyone anxious. 😰 But honestly, I’m not as worried. I’m still 20 years away from retirement, so I see this as a chance to buy more stocks at a discount. Still, the constant negativity in the office is getting to me, and I’m starting to doubt my own approach. Has anyone else dealt with a boss or coworkers who panic during market slumps?
