HELP. Is my skin purging or breaking out? Anua cleansing oil and deep pore cleanser

Saw a girl start using Anua's cleansing oil and deep pore cleanser this week—at first her skin looked great, but now I’m not so sure. She’s also using a peeling gel. My skin looks exactly like hers. Could the BHA cleanser be causing purging? I was hoping these products would help, but I’m worried my skin might end up the same now. Is this purging or just breaking out?
