Hey friends, I need some advice. Since I got laid off from my marketing job in Chicago, every recruiter I talk to keeps asking, "What have you been doing since you were let go?" Honestly, I’ve been job hunting nonstop, updating my resume, and networking like crazy. But their tone makes me feel like I should be doing something else, and it’s starting to stress me out. Am I missing something? Is there some secret activity I should be doing besides applying for jobs? I’m feeling really lost and anxious about this whole process.
