I woke up one morning and my little bonsai looked like it had been on a wild growth spree. Turns out, I’d been giving it way too much water. I thought more water meant more love, but nope—my mini tree just exploded with leaves and got super messy. I trimmed it back, snipped off the wild branches, and started checking the soil before watering. Now, I stick my finger in the dirt to see if it’s dry. If it’s still damp, I wait.
