why did my carrots grow hugging each other like besties?

I pulled up my carrots today and couldn’t stop laughing. Two of them were totally wrapped around each other, like they’d been best friends all season. Turns out, planting seeds a little too close can make carrots twist and tangle as they grow. I guess I got a bit carried away when I sprinkled the seeds! Now, I always make sure to give each seed some space. A little patience with thinning out the seedlings goes a long way. The carrots end up straighter and way easier to clean.
