Nothing wild, just some gentle circles or stretches to keep things from stiffening up. 🔸 Grab a cold pack and slap it on the spot for 10 minutes. It’s a game-changer for swelling and takes the edge off the pain. 🔸 If you’re feeling rough, pop some ibuprofen (with food!) to tackle both pain and inflammation. Acetaminophen works too, but it won’t help with swelling. 🔸 Drink plenty of water after your shot. Staying hydrated helps your body recover faster and keeps soreness in check.
