Why Are My Meds So Expensive?!

Has anyone else noticed how prescription costs with Anthem BCBS can be way higher than what you'd pay out of pocket? I checked my latest refill and the insurance price was literally 4x more than the street value. Makes no sense! Is this just me or is this happening to others too?
