Starting a new job can be nerve-wracking—I’ve totally been there! 😅 That’s why I always make it a point to send a warm, genuine welcome message to new teammates. It makes a HUGE difference! Here’s what I do to help new hires feel right at home: • I introduce myself and my role, so they know who to reach out to 🙋‍♂️ • I let them know how excited I am to work together—seriously, it’s all about good vibes! • I offer my support for ANY questions (no question is too small!) • I encourage them to share their ideas and be themselves from day one 💡 Trust me, a simple message goes a long way. It helps new coworkers feel valued, less stressed, and more connected—especially if they’re remote or hybrid.
