Saying "No" used to make me feel SO guilty. 🙈 But here's what I've learned (and trust me, it's a game-changer): • Just because I CAN do something doesn't mean I HAVE to. • My boundaries matter—it's okay to put myself first. ❤️ • I don't owe anyone an explanation for saying "No." Sometimes, "No, thanks" is enough! • If I'm unsure, I buy myself time: "Let me think about it." • I always try to be kind: "Thanks for asking, but I can't this time." • Practicing in the mirror (yes, really!) helped me get comfortable. • People might push back, but I'm learning to stand firm. No more guilt trips! • When I say "No" to things that drain me, I have more energy for what I LOVE. It's not always easy, but every time I honor my boundaries, I feel lighter. 😅 Let's stop feeling bad for taking care of ourselves! Who else is working on this?
