Used to think getting fit meant living on salads and running until I dropped. Spoiler: it doesn’t have to suck that much. 🔸 Move your body, but don’t stress about the "perfect" workout. I shoot for 150 minutes of cardio a week—sometimes it’s a walk, sometimes it’s just dancing around the house. It all adds up. 🔸 Strength training changed the game for me. I do push-ups, squats, or grab some dumbbells 2-3 times a week. No fancy gym needed—just show up for yourself. 🔸 Eat food you actually like. I go for veggies, protein, and carbs that taste good. No guilt trips, just balance. 🔸 Don’t skip rest. Your muscles (and your brain) need it to get stronger. Progress isn’t about being perfect.
