After a few trial-and-error weeks, here’s what actually helped me hit my daily fiber goals: 💡 Swap in 100% whole grains—think brown rice, oatmeal, or quinoa at every meal. It’s a game changer for energy and digestion. 📌 Add beans or lentils to salads, soups, or even tacos. They’re fiber powerhouses and make meals way more filling. ✅ Keep fruit or veggies (with the skin!) at every meal. Apples, berries, and potatoes with the skin on are my go-tos. ⚠️ Go slow!
