Did you know Florida’s manatees are literally starving because their food source is disappearing? CNN’s Randi Kaye checked out Indian River Lagoon, where pollution from septic tanks and wastewater is killing off the sea grass manatees need to survive. Over 1,200 manatees have died, and even a federal judge says Florida broke the Endangered Species Act.
