Kitchen Hygiene Alert!

Watching someone handle food without washing their hands or cleaning the surfaces just makes my skin crawl. It’s wild how many people still skip the basics—like, how hard is it to use soap and keep things tidy? I get that everyone has their own way of cooking, but I can’t help but lose my appetite when I see raw chicken juice all over the counter or someone licking their fingers and then touching the salad. Food is supposed to bring people together, not send them running for the bathroom! Please, a little hygiene goes a long way.
