Realizing My Pay Is Lower Than New Hires

Just found out that some of my coworkers who joined after me are making more money, and it’s really messing with my head. I’ve been loyal, worked hard, and even helped train some of them! It feels unfair and I’m not sure what my next move should be. Should I talk to my manager about it? Or is it better to look for a new job where I’ll be valued more? I’m feeling pretty discouraged right now, but I know I’m not alone in this. Has anyone else dealt with this? Would love to hear how you handled it, because I’m not sure what’s the right thing to do.
