When my doctor said no to HRT...

Initially devastated when my doctor wouldn't prescribe HRT for my symptoms. Six months later, I'm actually grateful! Found out my issues were thyroid-related, not hormonal. The path to healing isn't always what we expect. Sometimes a 'no' leads to better answers.
