Struggling with Mother’s Request for a Large Loan​

I’m 23 and have been working since I was 20 to avoid being a burden on my family. My mom has always taken care of things, but our financial situation has been tough. Last time I let her use my credit card for a payment (equal to my monthly salary), she promised to pay it back but only gave me half. I managed to cover the rest, but now I have no savings. Now, she’s asking me to take out a $13,500 loan to pay off some of her debts—way more than I could afford to pay back in a year.
