Guys, I just tried a routine that's supposed to "fix 95% of your problems" according to PT Jeff Cavaliere. It's five simple exercises: Door frame face pulls, dead arm hangs, hip drops, glute bridge to reach over, and divebomber push-ups. There's even a bonus step-up to reverse lunge move!
