my gf’s new rib tattoo looks bad...should i say it?

So my girlfriend just came back from a night out with friends… and a new tattoo on her ribs. It’s a rose, which sounds cute, but the artist did her dirty. The lines are shaky and the shading’s rough. I can tell she’s not feeling it, but she hasn’t said much. We’ve been together for almost a year and everything’s great. I don’t want to hurt her feelings, but I also don’t want to lie when she asks me what I think. Has anyone else been in this kind of situation?
