Is it necessary to deworm a stray cat?

I have recently noticed fleas on a couple of kittens and would like to buy worming medicine. However, they are so dense that I'm afraid if I put it on them they'll lick each other's fur and then have bigger health problems 🤔 So, what should I do? #Pets #Cats s #stray cats #wormers
