So apparently I adopted a tiny dictator disguised as a tortoiseshell cat. Princess (yes, that's actually her name, judge me) has been running my household for three years now. She demands breakfast at 5:47 AM sharp, not 5:45, not 5:50. God forbid I'm late. Yesterday she knocked my coffee mug off the table while maintaining direct eye contact. The audacity. Then had the nerve to purr and headbutt my leg like nothing happened. But here's the thing - when I was sick last week, this little chaos demon didn't leave my side. Sat on my chest for hours, purring like a tiny engine. Made me soup? No. But somehow made everything better. I used to think I rescued her from the shelter.
