What did we used to think was “healthy” in the '90s that’s kind of absurd now?

I remember when Sunny D was marketed as a healthier choice than soda — and we all just went with it. Also: everything was “low-fat” back then, which somehow meant it was packed with sugar instead. 😂 What do you remember from that era?
