Feeling stressed or down? You can take action. For me, noticing stress means adjusting my plans. Maybe I’ll take a break, nap, bath, or exercise before heading out to recharge.
It’s all about practice. Journaling, meditating, or chatting with a trusted friend can help you reflect and grow. These methods have been lifesavers for me. But it’s trial and error—figuring out what works when you’re feeling a certain way. For example, when I’m down, TV and games don’t help. Instead, exercise, fresh air, and quality time with loved ones lift me up.
