But I've learned a few tricks to keep my wild tongue in check! 😅 Here’s what’s helped me: • CALM DOWN first—deep breaths work wonders. • VISUALIZE things going smoothly before you speak. • Take a 10-second pause (or at least 3!) before responding—online or in person. • Ask myself: "How would I feel if someone said this to me?" • If I can’t say something nice, I just smile and change the subject. 😁 • When I mess up, I OWN IT and apologize ASAP. No excuses! • I try to listen more and talk less—especially about sensitive stuff. Honestly, words can hurt. They can also heal.
