At the time, I gave the advice of managing stress and inflammation. Yet, I think I should have said that it is a lifestyle and not just a thing you do. It becomes part of your identity. When something is part of your core identity, it’s who you are and not simply something you do. “I am a healthy person who values along healthy life!” The preceding is a declaration. It’s more empowering and long lasting than telling yourself, “I’m going to use red light therapy today.“ Both of these are good. I want you to think of it more on the macro level.
