Fresh Apple Juice Three Ways: My Go-To Kitchen Hacks
Making apple juice at home is way easier than you’d think, and you don’t need fancy equipment. Here’s how I do it:
Stovetop: Chop up your apples (no need to peel), toss them in a pot with a splash of water, and simmer until soft. Mash them up, then strain through a fine mesh or cheesecloth. Done!
Blender: Core and chop apples, blend with a little water until smooth, then strain. Super quick and you get a ton of juice.
Juicer: If you have a juicer, just run the apples through. Easiest method, hands down, and you get the freshest taste.
Each method gives you a slightly different flavor and texture, but all are super tasty. I love adding a squeeze of lemon or a pinch of cinnamon for a twist. Homemade apple juice just hits different—try it and see!
