Got fired from a job for the first time. Is it fair 😠👎

I got fired from a job for the very first time. I'm honestly trying to wrap my head around it and hoping to get some outside perspective. We were two guys, brought in to put Hardie siding on a 40-foot wall, with the customer agreeing to pay hourly. The big problem is that he had framed the house himself, and let's just say the quality wasn't stellar. We spent a couple of hours trying to fix messed-up truss tails, outriggers, and fascia, knowing full well it still wouldn't be perfect because of the initial poor work. Then there was the service panel – it was installed way too early, with conduit sticking out right into the boxing area. I spent another hour trying everything to lower it, but it just wasn't budging. We worked full 8-hour days, Monday and Tuesday. But then, Tuesday night, the customer called. Basically, he claimed he could have done the whole job in a single day, and just like that, I was off the project. He even refused to pay. I‘ll find him to talk about that. Did I deserve to be fired for this? #Fired #WorkLife #ConstructionFails #UnfairTreatment #JobSeeker #EmploymentIssues #SeekingAdvice

I chose my mom and then my dad stopped considering me his daughter. 😡

My dad (63M) is happily paying off my sisters’ (29F, 30F, 25F) student loans and even their car insurance, but when it comes to me (28F), I’m left out in the cold. The kicker? He cut me off the day I got married, but my married sister still gets her bills paid! Meanwhile, my husband and I are drowning in student loans, bills, and baby expenses. For Christmas, I got two sweaters while my sisters got a mountain of gifts. I’m honestly fuming and confused—am I being punished for choosing to live with my mom after the divorce? Or is it because I’m married? I see my dad all the time, but I’m scared to bring this up. My sisters won’t help—they don’t want to lose their cash cow. What would you say if you were in my shoes? Help me out, I’m losing my mind here! 😤🤯 #FamilyFinance #Siblings #MoneyMatters #Parenting #UnfairTreatment #RomanticRelationships

Why Does My Brother Get Away With EVERYTHING?! 😤🙄

Ever since I can remember, my brother has been the golden child in our house. We grew up in a small town, and somehow, he could do no wrong. He'd leave his muddy shoes on the carpet, forget to feed the dog, and my parents would just shrug it off with a smile. But if I missed one chore or left my backpack in the hallway, suddenly I was the "irresponsible one" who needed a serious talk about growing up. It always felt like there was this invisible scoreboard, and I was losing—big time. I tried to talk to my parents about how unfair it felt, but they'd just tell me I was being too sensitive or that I should just "let it go." It made me question if I was the only one who ever felt this way, or if maybe this is just part of having siblings. Have you ever felt like the rules are totally different for you and your siblings? I’d love to hear your stories—maybe we’re not as alone as we think. Let’s open up and share! 😅 #FamilyDrama #SiblingRivalry #UnfairTreatment #FamilyRelationships
