BREAKING: WOMAN BOOKED IN CLEVELAND CASE WHERE TWO GIRLS WERE FOUND IN SUITCASES Cleveland police say a person of interest has been detained in connection with the discovery of two half-sisters whose bodies were found buried in suitcases in the city’s South Collinwood neighborhood. Authorities have not officially released the name of the person being questioned. However, Cuyahoga County Jail records show 28-year-old Aliyah Henderson was booked Wednesday evening on charges of murder and child endangering. The investigation began Monday when the remains of two young girls were discovered in shallow graves inside suitcases in a field near Ginn Academy. Investigators believe the suitcases may have been there for quite some time before being found. Police say one victim is believed to be between 8½ and 13 years old, while the other is estimated to be between 10½ and 14 years old. Authorities have not yet officially identified the girls, but reports indicate they may be 10-year-old Amor Wilson and 8-year-old Mila Chatman, who was close to turning nine. Neighbors say Henderson lives in a home directly across the street from where the suitcases were discovered, and police were seen taking someone into custody at that residence Wednesday. PERSON OF INTEREST DETAINED IN CASE OF TWO GIRLS FOUND DEAD IN SUITCASES IN CLEVELAND Cleveland police say a person of interest has been detained for questioning in the investigation into two young girls found dead and buried in suitcases in the city’s South-Collinwood neighborhood. Investigators returned to the scene near East 162nd Street and Midland Avenue on March 4 to execute a search warrant at a nearby home. Police stress the individual has not been arrested, but officials say the detention could be a significant development in the case. The victims — both Black girls — are believed to be between 8½ and 14 years old. DNA testing has confirmed the girls were half-sisters, but their identities have not yet been determined. The suitcases were discovered March 2 when a dog walker found one partially buried in a field near Ginn Academy. Officers searching the area located a second suitcase nearby. Authorities say the girls had been buried for “some time,” though their causes of death have not been released. Police are urging the public to help identify the victims, asking residents, schools, youth programs, and community members to report if they know of two girls in this age range who have suddenly disappeared or stopped attending activities. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Cleveland Police Homicide Unit tip line at 216-623-5464 or Cuyahoga County Crimestoppers at 216-252-7463. 🚨 THREE WEEKS LATER — MISSING OHIO TEEN MADISON FIELDS STILL NOT FOUND It has been three weeks since Madison Fields went missing, and even though someone has now been taken into custody in her case, there is still no sign of the 15-year-old. Kyle Lawrence, the man charged in connection with the investigation into Madison’s disappearance, has now been extradited to Butler County from upstate New York. Since he was taken into custody, additional information has begun to emerge about prior encounters involving Lawrence and teenage girls. Lawrence had previously come to the attention of federal investigators before Madison’s disappearance. A report was made to the FBI in May 2024 after Lawrence was confronted by a civilian group while traveling in Canada regarding online communication with someone believed to be a teenage girl. Federal records also reference cyber tips connected to Lawrence’s Snapchat account, and in late February agents executed a search warrant at his Buffalo residence and seized several electronic devices. Investigators say Lawrence had been communicating with the Colerain teen through Snapchat and traveled to the Cincinnati area twice in January. Records also indicate he used location services within the app to locate her when he picked her up. Even as the investigation continues to unfold and Lawrence is now in custody, the most important piece of the story remains unresolved — where is Madison. #MadisonFields #MissingTeen #OhioMissing #ColerainTownship #ButlerCounty #BreakingNews #TrueCrime

🚨 BREAKING NEWS: AMISH MOTHER FOUND NOT GUILTY BY REASON OF INSANITY IN 4-YEAR-OLD’S DROWNING A Tuscarawas County judge has ruled that 40-year-old Ruth Miller is not guilty by reason of insanity in the drowning death of her 4-year-old son at Atwood Lake. The decision came Tuesday following a bench trial before Judge Michael Ernest, who reviewed findings from three separate mental health evaluations before issuing the verdict. Miller had faced charges including aggravated murder and child endangering. Prosecutors said that in August, witnesses saw her drive a golf cart into Atwood Lake with her three teenage children. The teens were able to escape the water. Authorities said Miller later told responders she had thrown her 4-year-old son into the lake to “give him to God.” Dive teams later recovered the bodies of the child and Miller’s husband, whom she reportedly said had gone for a late-night swim. Investigators previously described the couple as experiencing what they called “spiritual delusion,” believing the lake posed no danger and that they could walk on water. All three court-ordered experts concluded Miller was suffering from severe mental illness at the time of the incident. Now that she has been found not guilty by reason of insanity, a separate hearing will determine what treatment she will receive and where she will be placed. 🚨 FEDERAL AUTHORITIES QUESTION MAN IN CONNECTION TO MISSING OHIO TEEN Federal agents are now questioning a 43-year-old New York man as the search continues for 16-year-old Madison Fields, last seen Feb. 13 getting into a black Jeep in Colerain Township. According to the FBI, Kyle Lawrence of Buffalo was arrested at his home and taken into federal custody. Court documents allege he communicated with a juvenile from Colerain via Snapchat, traveled to Cincinnati twice, and stayed at a local hotel with the teen in January. Lawrence is facing federal charges including transportation with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity and child pornography offenses. Federal documents do not name Madison directly. Authorities say he could face 10 years to life in prison if convicted. Meanwhile, Madison’s family continues pleading for answers. Investigators say the only person who may truly know where she is — is the one last seen with her. The search for Madison Fields is ongoing. TRIAL BEGINS FOR AMISH MOTHER ACCUSED OF DROWNING 4-YEAR-OLD SON AT ATWOOD LAKE Ruth Miller begins this week in Tuscarawas County. Prosecutors say the 40-year-old Millersburg mother drowned her 4-year-old son, Vincen, at Atwood Lake last August, then drove a golf cart into the water with her three other children inside. The older children escaped. Miller was pulled from the lake. Body-cam footage captured Miller making disturbing statements, including, “I threw him in the lake and I gave him to God.” Dive teams later recovered the bodies of Vincen and her husband, Marcus Miller. Investigators previously described the couple as experiencing what they called “spiritual delusion.” Miller has pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity. Her attorney says three psychiatric evaluations concluded she was unable to appreciate the wrongfulness of her actions that day. A judge — not a jury — will decide whether she is guilty, not guilty, or not guilty by reason of insanity. If found NGRI, a separate hearing would determine treatment and placement. A tragic case now moves into the courtroom. #RuthMiller #OhioCrime #AtwoodLake #TuscarawasCounty #CourtUpdate #TrueCrime
