tipping culture is getting out of hand fr 😤

just grabbed some basic noodles yesterday and they slapped me with both a 15% service charge AND expected another 15% tip! like what?? and don’t even get me started on my experience at this ramen place in SFO - they had the audacity to add an 18% service charge AND still expected an 18% tip! we’re literally paying almost 40% extra just to eat 😭 i get supporting service workers but this double-dipping is getting ridiculous. prices are already sky high and now this? feels like we’re being guilted into paying triple for everything. anyone else feeling the tipping fatigue? 💸 #TippingCulture #TipFatigue #CostOfLiving
