Is Threads Making Oversharing Too Easy?

Threads is on fire, but is Meta’s cross-posting feature making it way too easy for people—especially our less techy parents—to accidentally share private info with the world? I keep seeing personal details and family photos pop up on my feed that were clearly meant for a smaller circle. Should Meta make cross-posting less seamless, or is it on users to get savvier?
