Doing the Right Thing Feels Wrong

Lately, I’ve been losing sleep over something that happened at work. I’m a night shift manager at a fast food spot, and I just found out that another manager—who’s only a few years older than me—was acting way out of line with one of our younger team members. He made her super uncomfortable, and everyone knows it. The worst part? Instead of any real consequences, he just got moved to another store and is still getting promoted. It feels like the higher-ups are just sweeping it under the rug, and I can’t help but wonder if speaking up even matters. I’m young and honestly have no idea what to do next, but I know this isn’t right. Has anyone else ever felt stuck in a situation like this?
