Every Tuesday, The Soul Food Lounge on Chicago’s West Side transforms into a hub of generosity, offering free, no-questions-asked meals to anyone in need. Owner Quentin Love, a Marine veteran and lifelong South and West Sider, is on a mission to tackle food insecurity in neighborhoods often overlooked.
